The Mountain Bird Web App can be installed on the iPhone as a App on the homescreen

Install Mtn Bird as an App on Apple iPhone
Open Safari or Chrome on the iPhone
Navigate to this Web Page
Click the "Share" icon
In Safari it is at the bottom of the browser
In Chrome it is at the top right of the browser


Click on the Add to Home Screen option


Change the name of the app, if desired, click Add
The Mtn Bird app should now be an icon on your iPhone home screen

The Mountain Bird Web App can be installed on Windows as a Progessive Web App on the desktop

Install Mtn Bird on the Desktop
Open Edge or Chrome in Windows
Navigate to this Web Page
Click the App icon in the top right of the browser
or

Click the Install button
In Edge, choose to Create a Shortcut on the Desktop
The Mtn Bird app should now be an icon on your Desktop


Auto Open the Mtn Bird App on Startup/Login
On the keyboard click the Windows Key + R to open the Run command
Type: shell:startup
Click the OK button


A Windows Explorer window should open up
Copy the App shortcut from the Desktop
Paste it into the Startup folder
The next time the computer starts up the Mtn Bird App should auto open




Open the Mtn Bird App at Full Screen
If auto opening the App, use the above instructions to open the Startup folder
Right-click the App Shortcut icon, select Properties
At the end of the Target input box add the following text
--fullscreen --kiosk
i.e. "space dash dash fullscreen space dash dash kiosk"


Click OK to close the Properties window
Close all browser windows (if open)
Double-Click the shortcut to test opening in Full Screen mode
To Exit Full Screen mode click the F11 button
Or click ALT + F4 to shut down the app

Phone Dialing

Employees can Clock In & Out via a Phone Call
A phone number can be setup specifically for employees to use
A small additional monthly charge is required for this service
No other features are available via the phone call, only clocking in/out

Windows Desktop and Android Tablet Apps

An older style clockin app is available for Android Tablets and Microsoft Windows Desktops (.Net 4 Framework required)
Limited features are available via the these older apps, only clocking in/out is permitted. No Reporting or Administration


Download & Install the Legacy ClockIn App
Windows Desktop v1.0.16
Click here to download the zip file
Open the zip file and extract the folder/files to the desktop
Double-click the ClockInOut file with the orange clock icon


Google Android v2.0.1
Click here to download the install file
Click OK to download the file
After downloading, open the downloads or notifications
In your Download Notifications, click the ClockIn file to open
Click the Settings button at the bottom of the "Install Blocked" message
In the Settings - Security page check the Unknown Source box
Confirm the unknown source message
Review the permissions and click Install
